Celebrating the life of
Barbara Ann G. White
April 06, 1941 - October 04, 2023
Barbara Griffin White earned her wings on Wednesday October 4, 2023. She was 82 years young.
Barbara was born and raised in Savannah and a graduate of Savannah High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip T. White Sr. and her son, Phillip T. White Jr.
She is survived by two sons, Eric White (Monica) and John White (Nancy); grandchildren, Greg White (Stephanie), Joshua Lord, Brittany Heck and Cal White; great-grandchildren, Joshua and Zoey; sisters, Ellen Davis (Hinton), Shirley Saxon, Nora Reid, and Carol Lane (Tommy); and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 9, 2023 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel. A visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will be Greenwich Cemetery.
So very sorry to hear about Barbara passing. Thought so much of her. Always enjoyed being with her and talking. A very like able person Always good memories!

Our condolences to the family and prayers for all. Mrs. White was a strong woman that loved her family so much. I will miss her and was so glad to see her a few months ago. I have many fond memories of spending time at there home growing up with Phillip, Eric and John. Till we meet again you can now sing and rejoice with Mr. White and Phillip in heaven. Love you all.
